Aim

Building a platform to automatically integrate clinical practice guidelines with clinical data to provide clinical decision support.

Objectives

• Evaluation, adaptation and extension of EBMonFHIR for clinical guideline representation.
• Integration of the OMOP data store with the clinical guideline representation for retrieval of patients matching guideline criteria and check of guideline adherence
• Development of visualizations and a graphical user interface for interaction with clinical guideline representations and comparison of individual guideline adherence.
